This 2014 Rolex Explorer II 42mm is a robust adventure watch crafted in stainless steel. Featuring a white "Polar" dial with luminous hour markers, black-outlined Mercedes hands, an orange 24-hour hand and the signature date display at 3 o'clock beneath the Cyclops lens. Finished with a fixed 24-hour engraved stainless steel bezel and Oyster bracelet.Originally introduced for cave explorers and adventurers, the Explorer II is designed to distinguish day from night using its dedicated 24-hour hand. The reference 216570 marked the 40th anniversary of the collection, introducing a larger 42mm case and the return of the iconic orange GMT hand inspired by the original 1971 Explorer II.This watch has been checked against technical records to guarantee authenticity and clean history.
