We stock a range of luxury watch brands such as Rolex, Cartier, Breitling, Omega & Hublot. If you did not purchase the watch from us, and do not see your watch brand available in the dropdown, that means we cannot facilitate your repair.

We will never compromise the authenticity of your watch. All of our parts are authentic from the manufacturer. Please note that there is a difference between authentic and original - we do offer aftermarket dials upon request. You can see all of our dials and bezels here
Our courier collections are insured up to £20,000.00 - This covers any damage that occurs in transit. If you require assistance on packing your item, please contact our team who will be happy to help
If £20,000.00 does not cover the value of your watch, please contact us so we can arrange a special collection of your timepiece
We cannot work on non authentic timepieces - our team take careful consideration when evaluating your watch to ensure that the works requested are sufficient to get your piece back to it's original standard. If we are to discover that your watch is not authentic, we will return it you and cancel your repair job
You will receive some email updates regarding the status of your repair, alongside collection updates from the courier service (if you opted for this delivery method). You will receive a quote, where you have the opportunity to approve or decline the proposed works. You will also receive an update when your job has been completed
If you are looking to sell your watch, please use our sell your watch form. Our team are very passionate about what they do, and may place an offer on your watch if they are interested in purchasing it. You are not obligated to accept this offer, but if you do, we will also refund you for the cost of your repair plus the full value of your watch
If you receive a quote that is out of budget, you can decline the works before we get started, and your piece will be swiftly returned to you.
If you opted for the courier service, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your deposit and the remaining balance will be returned to you. Alternatively, feel free to use our sell your watch form if you would prefer to part ways with it in its current condition.
We recommend that you package your item in its original box, or a watch roll with protective padding surrounding it. This should ensure its safety, and any damage from mishandling by the courier will be resolved during the service.
Your item will be returned to you using industry standards, and will be in immaculate condition when it is with you.

We require a deposit to cover the cost of your shipping, in the event that you may decline the proposed works.
If you have a TDB warranty please contact us to discuss whether it covers the works you require on your timepiece. We pride ourselves on only providing pieces in immaculate condition, and they very rarely come back in need of work.
If you have a manufacture warranty, we recommend that you get your watch serviced with the manufacturer. We cannot accept your manufacture warranty, as we are a third party servicer, handling preloved watches primarily.
As standard, we will return the item to you using the same method that you used to get it to us. If you would prefer to collect the piece from the shop, please contact us to arrange this after placing your order.
