It usually takes 12 to 24 hours to process a loan application from the time you submit your details and asset for evaluation.
Interest is calculated at the time of taking out the loan and is payable in full together with the loan amount at the end of the loan term.
Once the loan and interest are repaid and the payment has reflected in our account, your valuables will be available for you to collect. If you want your valuables back early, contact our office and on payment of the amount due on that day, you can collect your assets once the money has cleared into our bank account.

Yes, if you wish to renew the loan at the end of the loan period, you can do so by paying off the interest. We will renew the contract immediately if we agree to the terms.
