This 2001 Piaget Upstream 33mm features a silver dial with baton markers and a 18ct yellow gold bezel. It also features a brown leather bracelet.

The Piaget Upstream, introduced in 2001 as Piaget's first stainless steel watch in decades, featured a unique case and clasp design, a manufacture caliber 504P movement, and was discontinued in 2007 after a production run of 7 years.
