Our watchmakers have a combined watch servicing and repairs experience of over 80 years.

A general watch service (excluding any additional parts) entails of the following:

• Disassembly of the case and movement
• Ultrasonic cleaning
• Reassembly of movement
• Oil / lubrication
• Full refurbishment of watch case and strap if applicable*

• Replacement of case seals and gaskets
• Reassembly of watch case
• Pressure testing
• Electronic timing calibration

All our watch services come complete with 12 months service-related warranty, please note this does not cover missuse or negligence.

Watch Repairs

All watch repairs are completed on-site in our workshop.

We have a top of the line laser machine which allows us to repair a watch case or strap without having to polish away metals which will eventually thinnen and weaken it. Instead, we fill in those harsh scratches or chips whether it be stainless steel, silver or gold then smooth over to leave an exceptional finish.
